I never really leave reviews but after todays amazing service I needed to! Alan from Tui Staines was absolutely brilliant. He was so helpful, not pushy at all and made the whole process easy. Thank you, and I'll definitely be returning to book our next holiday!

Absolutely amazing experience at TUI Staines ! Alan helped us book our wedding package and we are beyond grateful for his assistance. His customer service was everything and more ! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help kickstart our big day. Highly, highly recommend Staines branch, 5 star is truly not enough to show how happy we are ! Couldn’t recommend Alan at Tui enough we go on a lot of holidays and cruises and always book with Alan his knowledge and customer service is 10/10. Goes above and beyond to help each and every time, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been dealing with Andrew one of the wonderful advisers to book a very special holiday for our family to Florida. Andrew knowledge and help was outstanding and while it’s not our closest Tui we will deal with Andrew for future bookings. Andrew has a wealth of knowledge from the Caribbean islands, Mexico , Lapland and many more from his many years working for Tui. Thank you for wonderful service ❤️

Visited the Staines store and was greeted & seated by a lovely member of staff called “Ayman” - could honestly say I will be back to this store to book our next holiday specifically with him. He met our every need and was so friendly yet so professional and polite he made our experience much less stressful than I imagined. Thank you!

Am a returning customer having booked both previous holidays and our honeymoon through the staff at Staines namely the female manager and Andrew. Today we booked a holiday with Aymen and I was left really impressed with his professional efforts. Aymens attentiveness was second to none, he was polite and conversation flowed easily, the considerations he advised us to think about as well as the general advice he offered was much appreciated. He found somewhere that was suitable for our needs, within our budget, on parr with what we wanted as a young family looking for somewhere our daughter could enjoy too. There was no hard sale, he kept a shortlist for us and allowed us to revisit each option many times over. He was only happy once we were. Will definitely be back to book 2024 with him.
